I have been experiencing severe pain in both my feet. The area affected is above my toes to the  about the starting of my ankels. The pains are extreme and along with the pain there is some pinching and burning occurring also. This has been going on for about 3 to 4 months. I am really concerned because today, fo the first time, I actually went down on my knees
