i feel a little lump on left side of my jaw line when i poke up with my finger in to my jaw line I can feel it i dont know what it is I had it a while it feels like bones and I did get my jaw broken a couple years ago some one told me it could be calcium deposits

have worn boots w/ heels for 20+yrs now feet hurt

I have worn cowboy boots w/ high heels for 20+ years.  I now can't wear any other type of shoe because my feet and heels really hurt.  The back of my legs also get very sore.  I've never had high arches and  now I seem to be getting sore feet w/ alot of heel and arch pain.  Any suggestions?
