will snyvic injection work if i have no cartilage left and need a knee replacement

I have some cart left in left knee with several bine spurs, synvex one will give great releif for up to 6 months. Its only one shot, very thick like that used in heavy machinary. As the knee get worse it will only last 4...3..2..months its expensive $1000.00 no insurance i pay $100.00 copay. They no longer give enough releif braces and cane now. I would try it, million times better than cortisine shot. Good luck
