ACL reconstruction using hamstring and my muscle is now popping when I do my physio exercise

Please help. I had ACL reconstruction. So much muscle wastage. When I do my physio excercise my muscle in the back of my leg pops and make a click sound. Very painful. Must I go back to doctor? Is this normal?

treatment for shoulder pain after drinking alcohol - i just lay down and relax myself

I have been experiencing shoulder pain but now something really  worls out for me... whenever i feel the pain...i just lay down in my bed with the ac on( as  feeling hot is common) and relax myself.. within seconds the pain is gone. Hope it works out for someone too.

Neck muscles are contracting to the right when I walk or exercise

3 months ago the mussels in my right side neck started pulling my neck to the right mainly when I walk or exercise, I feel like my head is on an elastic band. No doctors know why. I've had myopathy, acupuncture,physio And natrapath Please help , any idea what this is ?
