I have sever arthritis and and have exhausted all options except for surgery. I am a very active 70 years of age, female and still work and love my job. I have no weight issues, don't smoke, drink and still walk daily through the pain. I haven't been able to stand flat footed on surfaces for 2 years, had cortisone shots, which don't work any more and am starting to slow down because of constant pain. I would just love to read a positive review on mid foot surgery. I know the recuperation is slow and can be depressing but I will do anything to get relief from this pain. (both feet) I have read a few stories actually some positive, and some negative about the surgery outcome. I am ready for some "good" news. Thanks!
