PAIN AT SHOULDER BLADE AND AROUND THE HEART

I experienced pain first at the back of my left shoulder and latter around the heart. My B.P read 124/84. Smaller pains followed at other body parts. I had to go and lie down. The pain continued for long until I slept. Please advise. Pilgrim132 :O
