i'm a nurse and the other night after working a 12 hour shift i couldn't sleep most of the night because i had such shoulder pain i did not lift during the day and so couldn't have pulled anything. The next day i felt light headed and my right arm was needles and pins. I'm concerned because I have had some really stressful work days.
