Feeling groovy and having bad headache after injected with cortisone in both hips

I just have both hips injected w/ cortisone yesterday morning. Was feeling just groovy yesterday . Today feels like I have high blood pressure, have bad headache , n have severe pain in part of my hip that I didn't have before I have the procedure. What's going on?
