I am having a really frustrating problem with my shins. Every time i am walking i am getting a pain in my shins of both my legs. The pain starts after i have walked for like 15 minutes and it hurts really bad. If i am walking over elevated surface the pain is more and quick. It comes back to normal when i rest for sometime. i went over the internet for a basic survey and they call it a shin splints which is generally a runner's issue. I am not a runner though. But yes i am obese.I am 27 yrs old and female Could that be the reason? And what could i do to lessen this?
