Left leg shakes and pulls foot to right

About Jan my left leg muscles started contracting as if I was flexing my muscles. My leg muscles now contract till my foot pulls to the right curling my toes and it shakes. None of this on my right side. My left arm will shake once in a while, but no muscle contracting.

Hammertoe surgery, physical therapy has helped but not solved problem

Doctor tells me I have scar tissue in second and forth toe causing them not to stay straightened--still bent. Also 4 toes do not grip the ground as they did before surgery. Physical therapy has helped but not solved problem. Scar tissue still exists. Any solutions?
