Broken Femur 10months back .... not yet recovered .

two months ago i damages my right hand muscles slightly by putting excessive power of it during handpower with my friemd. shoulder surgery elbow problem

I had total replacement surgery 9 weeks ago. My problem is I can't move my arm from the elbow to the hand. I can wiggle my fingers but it feels like electric shocks when I do so. The elbow just weont work. My doctor said the use will come back. Has anyone expirienced this problem.
