PoIymyalgia Rheumatica find it difficult to understand why I got Polymyalgia Rheumatica??

i've been having pain over my right scapula rib cage right limbs( both upper and lowe) especially towards the lateral part of the limbs along with right breast pain for over 2 yrs. the pain exaggerates while long standing hours... any1 can help me regarding the cause of this? am 23

I am 33 years old, I have been dealing with knee pain for quite some time now. I had a CT scan done on both knees. The results are, I have a 3 x 1.5 cm healed ossifying fibroma of the lateral posterior aspects of the distal metaphysis of the right femur. What does this mean??
