I had tl left knee replacement Feb. 2007 I'm 62 yrs old fem. my problem is that my left knee , ankle and hip turn inwards when I walk this is causing allot of pain in my right hip, lower back and now I'm told I have tendinitis in my left groin. Could this be an error made when they replaced it....

I recently had surgery for my plantar fasciitis. I am a runner. When I run my foot feels stiff and sore from the procedure. Will my running delay my recovery? If I can stand the pain is it ok to run? When I am done running my foot becomes inflamed, is this normal?

neck/right arm pain bones crack in neck stiffness deep pain in arm

My neck and right upper arm have like cramp pains, my bones in my neck crack alot and makes upper arm feel deep pain. When I raise my right arm it hurts really mad at times and seems to cramp up. I'm 54 years old never had a problem like this, do you have a idea what it could be. Thank you
