i had a abortion 6months ago and i am on birth control the shot and i get that every 3 months but the other day my nipple began to start hurting so bad and i realized that it was leaking i took a pregnancy test but i don't know why the leaking occured can u help me

These bumps are very small,on the underside of my lip, and are pretty much the same color as the rest of the underside of my lip.
