my right breast is very tender and very itchy, there is nothing visible on the skin surface and i haven't changed washing powder. what could be causing this?

It's possible it's Athletes Breast. Like athletes foot you can get it on your breast. Try LAMISIL cream or spray (@costco for $15 a 3 pack). Don't wear polyester or silk bras. The sweating makes for fungal play-ground. Cut nails. Toss infected bras... Spray one well this powder and use until clear. Then toss it too. Don't try to wash them, they will re-infect you. Many doctors have never heard of it... it's out there. It's easily tranfered to the other breast. Wear shower shoes everywhere you go, gym, locker room, your own bathroom. If you get it on your feet, itch and then carry it to breast. Good luck...2 days of LAMISIL and you'll be feeling much better if it's that. Don't buy the cheap alternatives, all geared to just barely do anything...then you buy tubes and tubes and it's never cured. I think the athlete foot cream companies want you to keep buying. LAMISIL works the best, and GETS RID OF IT quickly.
