Can someone please tell me why I suddenly have very itchy areolas and nipples? Right one itches more that the left. Driving me crazy - I use Vaseline all over as I think this is due to the winter and the dryness of the air. If anyone else has had this before, what did you do for relief or a cure?

im 18 years of age and i found a cyst in my right side breast. its slightly smaller than the size of a table tennis ball. it moves around but it is not painful. cna this be breast cancer?? please tell me..im freaking out here..
