i was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i am having, my nipples get very sore when it is cold and they end up going patchy white and then turn dark blue/black and are rock hard. they really hurt to the point of crying with them and the only thing that i can do to make them go back to normal is to get into a warm bath. i am worried that there is something really wrong like frostbite etc but i cannot find an answer anywhere, i cant really go to the doctors are unless i am cold when i am there they will not be able to see what i mean %-)
