I have really sore breast usually about two weeks before my period for a while now, and i also have swollen lymphnodes in my neck. I noticed my breast were getting a little bigger, but now i see that my nipples are a lot bigger. im not sure what to think of this, is it normal?

I am 19 and have very large breasts but I have huge areola's and it seems that not only have tey gotten bigger in teh past few months but they are getting darker. I anyof this a bad thing? I am worried.
