I am insecure

itchy left nipple on and off now for three months

Im a 29 year old female ive had an itchy left nipple on and off now for three months there no discharge or rash and ive not used any new detergents etc is there a chance it could be a sign of padgets desease or other foam of breast cancer ive used canasten cream for itch but doesnt help

Blood came out of my nipple

how can i make my boobs a better shape?
