For the past three weeks now I have has this weird pain only in my left breast. I can't tell exactly where the pain is coming from. It seems to be coming from the top of my breast near my armpit but also at times it feels like its coming from the middle of my nipple. I would describe it as a sharp, throbbing, slightly stinging feeling. It comes and goes but is usually worse at night. The first day I had the pain unnoticed there were two very small red dots on my breast that looked like vertical faded snake bites. A few days went on and they turned purple and they stayed there for about a week and a half. The spots are no longer there. The pain however is and it's only really bad at night. It feels almost like a burning tingling throb. When I pinch my nipple it hurts more than usual. I'm 24 years old and I have not felt any lumps when I did an examine on myself. I want to go to the doctor but I no longer have insurance. Could this possibly be breast cancer symptoms?
