sensitive nipples

I am 17 years old. I am taking birth control. This morning I woke up at 1:30 in the morning vometing and now my nipples are sensitive, swollen, itchy, and there are red bumps around my nipples. What could this be a symptom of? Could this be a sign of pregnancy? Is this something I should worry...

i only have spotting for my period
