I don’t have breasts at 14. I don't even need to wear a bra

Both my nipples are inverted, I used to take shower daily and I used to clean the inner side but I have noticed, in the middle of the day my nipple start to smell and something whitish in it. But I don't have lump in my breast. It all started when I was teenager and now I'm 32 years old....

I'm a 34B at the moment but my friends are much bigger than me like D's and even E's so I'm just wondering am I really small in terms of breasts or am I normal? When I look in the mirror, I'm not very happy with the size of my boobs and wish they were bigger.
