My nipple hurts, one of my Montgomery glands is red and falling off

Ok so I'm 13 and have no idea about my nipples because that's a weird thing to talk about. But online I've read that the little balls on your areloa are called Montgomery Glands. But one of mine is red and falling off, and theres blood underneath and it hurts whenever it's touched. Is this normal?

Im 18, my nipples this year just became puffy. Theres nothing hard underneath though. What is it? Will it go away? It has lowered my self esteem so much this year and i even almost attempted to tape them every day. I hate it and i really want to know if it will go away. Please help.

nipples are puffy but extremely small when hard?

I've always been self conscious about my nipples. Normally they are super puffy and big, pink. and when they get hard they are super small and squeezed and slightly more brown/darker. it makes me self conscious and i was wondering if there were any ways i could deal with this?

My nipples aren't sensitive. is there something wrong with my hormones?

when i rub them or try to get them hard they do get hard but I don't feel anything when I do it. they have slightly less sensitivity then the surrounding breast. is there something wrong with my hormones?
