Extra Sensitive Nipples and they stay hard

I am 33 yrs old, and have 2 small children. After I had my last baby, I had my 'tubes tied.' The last couple of days, I've noticed my nipples are extra sensitive, and they stay hard. Is my body trying to tell me something, or is this normal?

I think I cut my nipple while I was shaving around it. I now have a spot on my nipple that I want to get rid of because it makes me look like my nipple is erect under my clothes all the time?

Actually I used misoprostol for pregnancy termination on oct 24..I experienced bleeding for 19 days...after 1 week I absorbed milky discharge coming from breasts...and on dec 6th I had my regular period..and on dec 20th onwards iam experiencing breast itching and sometimes body itching with mild...

I'm a full B, small C, and to me my areolas are huge, almost the size of my breast when soft. When they get hard, they're about the size of a normal areola. My boyfriend constantly tells me theyre fine, but i cant help but be self concious when nude. They're isnt a lot of skin under the areola...
