Corticosteroids are used primarily as anti-inflammatories but could be also used for treating some malignancies or natural hormone deficiency. Corticosteroid Drugs Include: Betamethasone (Celestone), Budesonide (Entocort EC), Cortisone (Cortone), Dexamethasone (Decadron), Hydrocortisone (Cortef), Prednisolone (Prelone), Prednisone (Deltasone) and Triamcinolone (Kenacort, Kenalog).

I take medications that have caused me to gain 50 pounds in the past 2 years. The medications I take for a medical condition have a steriod in them. I want to know what can I do to reverse the weight gain and lose weight.

cortison side affects
