scar on my arm

Hello, I have a big (around 15 cm) scar on my arm. When I was one and a half I poured boiling water on me and then i had to get skin transplant. I’m 16 now and the scar is really bothering me. Is there any way of removing it or at least making it less visible?

 hi i had deviated nasal spectrum to left side and i had septoplasty and they remove the one side bone.. and put splints ( the fiver cloths )  for 3 days and remove and all thing went well .. now after 3 months my nose again getting blocked .. the renaming one bone is again deviated to the left...
