Its been 12 days since unprotected intercourse, can i get pregnant this soon?

Last period was on march 10th had unprotected sex march 22nd I tested yesterday (April 1st) 4 times and all 4 are positive! Could I've gotten pregnant this soon? My breast are very sore and I have mild cramping. I haven't had any other sex in 2 months beside the 21st! PLEASE HELP!!
