I had intercourse 12 days before my period, I took the ipill, my period is late

I had sex 12 days before my periods and took the pill the next morning. When I was supposed to have my periods I only had cramps and no sign of my periods. I am three days late. Could I be pregnant or its the pill's side effects?..#worried
