I read that one of the first symptoms of pregnancy is breast tenderness. My breast have not been sore any but i have missed my period and have other pregnancy symptoms. Could i be pregnant anyway? Even though my breast arent sore?

I have been on Trivora for 4 years now, and my periods have been normal. I also have unprotected sex, and have had no pregnancy scares. I have not taken the last 4 days of pills, and got my period today. I wasnt supposed to get my period for another four days. Is it early due to the missed pills?
