If you miss two "active" pills (not the 7 place holder pills during which you have your regular period - if you are on a 28 day pack) you are considered no longer protected and are advised to use other forms of contraception. By missing 3 at the start of the pack, and 7 later -- you well by passed the "two pill" range. So I'd say you were unprotected. However, with that said -- although it is VERY possible to become pregnant for just one short sexual encounter - on average it takes 3-6 months of trying to get pregnant, so you got that on your side. BUT -- don't count on it -- there's plenty of baby's out there that are "but it was only once" little bundles of joy. If you are having trouble remembering your pill -- maybe the patch or Nuvaring is a better option for you -- then you only have to remember 1x a month. I'd say give it two weeks and take a pregnancy test, if its negative - breath a sigh of relief - but wait one more week and take another. If that one is negative I'd say your out of the woods. But being on the dot with your pill (everyday at the same time) is critical - good luck!
