I don't know if I am or not.

I'm engaged and I haven't had my period in 5 months. I have been having weird stomach pains and nausea. With certain food I feel like vomiting but I manage to keep it down. Everyone thinks I'm pregnant but I have no other symptoms. Can I still be pregnant without some of the "typical symptoms"
