Pregnancy test...reaally faint line

h3y i took a pgrenancy test about 6 days ago ... it came back nagative, i think... i looked at it the other day, and i saw a reaally faint line, where the positive line would be... my question is, can a line appear after it sat for a few days?

My boy friend an I had sex 3 days before my period and he ejaculated inside me. Then I had my period on April 14-21. Now that I have had my period I am still spotting a little bit of blood and having cramps in my stomach. I have read in many other places that this was a sign of pregnancy.
