Hi.. im 37 ...im in a terrible state of mind.my stomach is bloated, I have abdominal cramps and noises everyday, heart burning. im regular with my period though.... Only in feb it was very light and only for 2 days.... I'm was convinced I was pregnant n assumed it to be implantation bleeding...but I got my AF again in march.. Pretty normal I guess..... All tests negative...unable to accept the fact that I'm pregnant..... Please help I'm going crazy
