Quick sudden cramps after ovulation....

hi, i got my period last may 30, but it was unusual. I bleed like i had an abortion made. (but i havent) i had unprotected sex last 26 or 27 of june. And until n0w, i havent had my period. My mens is irregular. I took pills last june 30. I am paranoid that i maybe pregnant. What should i do.
