Diabetes and bed wetting

I have type 1 Diabetes, and I know one symptom of hight blood glucose is constantly urinating. At night sometimes, i will wet in my sleep. But it's been happening more and more frequently, second time this week, and I don't even wake up that high. Please help, i need to stop peeing :-(
