Cramping mid-cycle on continuous pills

I'm on my second month of three with the continuous 91 day birth control and, have some pretty bad cramps right in the center between my hip bones. Also Ive been feeling kinda nauseous today, all I had is a glass of orange juice and two caffeine pills. Can the pills be making me cramp like this?
