How do i know if im Ovulating or if im Pregnant?

I had unprotected sex a week after my period and the next day or two i had cramps , a headache and felt a little dizzy , im not sure if its a sign to tell me that im ovulating or if im pregnant , i have also had lower back pain btw i also had clear discharge and white kind of like milk
