Are these cervical cancer symptoms?

My sister in law has two children. Has been spotting for several months with a bloaded feeling. She went toget an ultrasound. The results wont get to her till monday. She is afraid it may be cervical cancer. Are these some symptoms?

epigastric pain

How fast does throat cancer progress w/o treatment?

I have off and on episodes of hoarseness, particularity in the morning--not everyday. If this isn't due to "old" age (I'm 67), what is the normal time progression of throat cancer (e.g., 1st symptoms of hoarseness,  to really something obvious) , or where can I go to find info on this??

spitting up blood

I got extremely nauseous and went to the bathroom and was spitting up blood. I have no sinus problems right now. I'm not a smoker. I don't have a cold. Nothing out of the ordinary other than me throwing up blood. I can still taste the blood in my mouth. What could this possibly be?

Could this be cancer?

My daughter, who is 14, had some labs run to see if she was anemic due to very heavy periods. Her progesterone level came back at 474, with 240 being the high normal. Is this caused by her ovaries or her adrenal gland? Could this be adrenal hyperplasia? Also, she had an episode of syncope one...
