lump on collar bone

Secondary anemia that cannot be treated-is this a cancer?

Hi, folks. I have been experiencing some problems with some low levels of my red blood cells. Doctor says that I have a secondary anemia that cannot be treated. Since it is secondary, I guess the cause is familiar, but no one wants to tell me. I would like to know if this is a cancer or not.

Thanks, this helped loads! i actually thought i had cancer, but in about 1-2 weeks it just stopped! i was scared to tell anyone, but i seriously thought i had cancer, because i had this awful pain in my right ball, and it felt like someone had just hit me in the balls! but its all fine now! :-)
