I started having tinnitus after a panic attack, can some symptoms be permanent?

Tinnitus, I started having tinnitus after a panic attack, afterwards it did go away, then i had like 2 more panic attacks. Now afterwards I have tinnitus on and off, sometimes its their, sometimes its gone. I cant recall that I've been having any sort of noise incidence which could destroy my ears....

I started antibiotics 10 days ago infection clears up in.1 ear I had to go bk yesterday as got same infection in other ear knw so started more antibiotics yesterday I'm still in a lot of pain and discharge coming out my ear whn will antibiotics start to work
