pulsatile tinnitus and skipping heartbeats

pulsatile tinnitus suddenly appeared in my head a few years ago. Occasionally I hear skips in my heartbeat ie 1,2,3,4 5,skip 1,2 3,skip 1,2,3,4,5..25,26,skip, 1,2,3,4,skip etc. Should I be concerned? My doctors do not believe me. Should I be concerned about that?

Ticking in ear after finishing course of antibiotics for my ear infection

I recently got over a ear infection.And I took my full course of antibiotics. I now have this annoying ticking sound in the ear that was infected. What is causing this ? And can it be fixed ? Or will it go away eventually?

My left earlobe is very swollen and hurts like hell

My left earlobe is very swollen and hurts like hell.  I've always had a lump and white thread like stuff comes out.  But now it won't come out.  I do have pearced ears but never wear earrings.  And no acne.  No insurance and no job.  What can I do?
