I was born deaf in my right ear, can a Stapedectomy help me?

I was born Deaf in my right ear and now i am now 19 years old and wanting to join the military but I know my hearing will get me disqualified so I was researching stuff and i was wondering if stapendectomy would be a useful surgery for me?

I started antibiotics 10 days ago infection clears up in.1 ear I had to go bk yesterday as got same infection in other ear knw so started more antibiotics yesterday I'm still in a lot of pain and discharge coming out my ear whn will antibiotics start to work
