Ear pain, I knew it was swimmer's ear and after I tried ear drops, there is clicking in ears now

First i started getting dizzy at work thought i was getting vertigo but then i started getting pain in my ear and I knew it was swimmers ear. I tried ear drops and my ear is clicking. the clicking makes it difficult for me to sleep sometimes.  I would love some advice
