sore throat and white patches on tonsils

For the past 2 days I have had neck stiffness and pain in my ears.At first it was just on the right side now it is on both sides,and then I start having sore throat and difficulty swallowing and I looked at my tonsils and now they're swollen with white patches.What could this be?

Ear swelling

Today I woke up with an ear swelling. I don’t remember that I hurt it, I haven’t pierced it recently. Swelling is not big, but tender and sore, red….anyway I will wait till Monday morning to see what will happen.

Hello! I need advice. I got my earlobes pierced 2 years ago. Since then I have constant problems with them. My earlobes are constantly swollen, red and some kind of greenish gunk is coming form the pierced hole. I am wearing silver earrings.

a new filling is bothering me?

I recently started seeing anew dentist. He did 2 filings for me and said that he needs to redo all of my fillings. Is that necessary or is my new dentist possibly just trying to get some money out of my insurance? Plus, this new filing that he put is bothering me still. What I should do?
