Lump under my eyelid, it makes my eye scratchy

I have had a little lump under my eyelid for many years, I guess 14 years, And I'm 22. And is true, luckily is just a little one but recently it is making feel my eye scratchy, should I go to see a Dr. or can I do something at home about it?

I HAVE CALCIUM GROWTHS ON MY EYES AND MY OPTHALMOLOGIST SUGGEST TO HAVE THEM REMOVED SURGICALLY SINCE MY CATARACTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE REMOVED IF NECESSARY BECAUSE OF THE BLOCKED VISION DUE TO THE CALCIUM GROWTHS. WHAT CASUSES THIS CONDITON?
