Mysteriously lost vision in my right eye?

I am 57 yrs old and seems like suddenly lost almost all vision in my right eye I was not hit  in the head do not have headachs but I did a lot of welding as an Ironworker my vision is a gray blur I can make shadows of objects when the sun  is out

Is there any way to cure color blindness?
