Just got the surgery to remove the chalazion today. This was my second one in 6 months and the first one went away using home remedies but the second did not budge so I decided to just get it removed. The procedure only took abt 10 mins and the whole eye is numb but there's really no pain just VERY uncomfortable. After my eye started to swell BADLY, not even sure if it's suppose to be this bad but it hurts to even close my eye. I'm icing it for now and hopefully after a week my eye will be better.
