I feel a bump when I touch my upper left eyelid, It feels like there is a small ball inside my eyelid but there's nothing on my eyelid. Does any one has the same problem or know what it is?

Fluid in eyes? clear in color, salty in taste

Hello to all, I had finished watching a sad video when I felt wetness in my eyes. I looked in the mirror and saw liquid, clear in color, salty in taste, was pouring out of my eyes. I have never experienced this before, is this a cause for concern? Should I see a doctor?
