Risks associated with blepharoplasty

Answered by a doctor

I am considering blepharoplasty to correct ptosis, which I have had all my life. I am sure that there are some risks associated with this procedure because it is surgery after all. Can anyone fill me in on the risks so that I can consider whether or not to get the surgery? Thank you!

lump on eyelid

Answered by a doctor

My 12 month old son has got this lump on his eye lid. It has been there for about a month now, seems to have developed out of nowhere and is quite hard. It looks odd, but doesn't seem to be painful to him or anything. Should I take him to the doctor for this? What could it be? Thanks!
