In March of 2016 I had my gallbladder removed. Ever since the surgery, I am unable to hold any food down. I'm bloated and have terrible heartburn. If I eat it's bad and if I don't eat I get terrible pain in my stomach. Help

Can multiple gallstones cause nausea, vomiting and huge bloated stomach and pain?

I first get nausea- followed within minutes to vomitting for about 1 hour then a HUGE bloated stomach and pain. I have multiple gallstones and believe it to be caused by them but what can I do to alleviate the symptoms? The bloating and pain can last for several days.
